Size S with a smaller brim to fit head circumference from 21½“ to 22” (54 – 56 cm)or for head circumference from 22 ½” to 23 ½ “ (57 – 60 cm) if you are using a yarn that stretches after washing (as merino often does).
Size M to fit head circumference from 22 ½” to 23 ½ “ (57 – 60 cm).

Seascape is a beret with a nice slip stitch pattern. Due to crossed slip stitch columns you always have only one color to knit with.The tam will look nice in contrasting colors as well as similar colors.
The pattern includes instructions for making the tam more slouchy.

Seascape ist eine Basken-Mütze in einem reizvollen Hebemaschen-Muster. Die senkrechten Stege entstehen durch verkreuzte Hebemaschen. Dadurch kann pro Reihe mit nur einer Garnfarbe gestrickt werden. Die Mütze benötigt nur eine geringe Menge Garn in Kontrastfarben und sieht sowohl Ton-in-Ton als auch mit starken Farbkontrasten gut aus.
Das Strickmuster enthält Hinweise, um die Mütze weiter bzw. mehr „slouchy“ wird zu stricken.
Die kleinere Größe S mit, die lediglich ein engeres Bündchen beinhaltet, ist besonders auch für die Verwendung von Merinogarnen gedacht, die beim Waschen häuftig weiter werden.
