This is so much fun to make! If you know the Celtic weave stitch you could make this pretty easily. No long rows or changing colors and only 2 ends to tuck in upon completion. The texture created with his stitch and yarn lend to the beauty of this design. Simple but elegant!

This would be beautiful on your front door on your beachside house or inside to hang on your wall. It would look outstanding for a wedding wreath with a string of pearls wrapped around it for some bling!!! Decorating will be the fun part!!!!!

No stuffing required to keep the round shape. The technique I have used to retain the circular shape is very unique. I have never seen this before.

Use only a little over 1 skein of yarn, less if you make it smaller. Many colors to choose from.

It is in US crochet terms.

Skill level ~ intermediate or knowledgeable beginner.
Knowledge of the Celtic weave stitch.

It measures 17” in diameter but you can simply adjust it as instructed in the pattern.
