Not only is the Seaside Satchel the perfect size for carrying your favorite book, it’s also sturdy enough to throw in a few extra goodies! Crocheted in four separate pieces that are seamed together, this understated bag uses metal hardware to attach the strap and finishes off with a simple button closure. NOTES
-
This tote is constructed in four separate pieces—a front and back panel, a side panel, and a strap. The side panel is worked out from the foundation chain in both directions.
-
When working in the indicated row below, be sure to pull then stitch up to the height of the current row.
-
Block each piece in order to ensure a good fit. The side panels and strap can be blocked as one piece prior to working the final row of the strap.
