NJYBGS = Not Just Your Basic Granny Square

Season 1 of Not just your Basic Granny Square Blanket was a Crochet-Along (CAL) that ran for 18 days on Facebook during the Level 5 lockdown for COVID-19 in 2020. It was a simple blanket that took the concept of a basic granny square and added a few new stitch patterns to make it just a little more exciting.

As a result of the support for the CAL and the pattern in general, I created a Season 2 Not Just your Basic Granny Square Blanket, and at the time jokingly said, this is like a TV series, and we will continue to have further seasons.

Season 3 draws from both Season 1 and 2, so you will notice some common stitch patterns (aka the link/connecting context) and introduces some new stitch patterns. Again, this is aimed at a beginner crocheter and is written with as much detail as possible.

As always, I tend to give you lots of detail and pics where possible, so please check the number of pages in the pattern before you print.
