Not Just Your Basic Granny Square: Season One (https://creativekogi.com/pattern/season-one-not-just-your...) is a free CAL we ran for 18 days during the Level 5 lockdown for COVID-19 in April 2020. It’s a super simple baby blanket aimed at beginners, but something anyone and everyone can do. As a result of your enormous support for the CAL and the pattern in general, we decided that as you have now mastered the basic stitches, it is time to take it up a level or two and introduce more complexity and create a little more of a challenge for you.

Season two introduces a few new stitches, accompanied as always with detailed explanation and where necessary photographs and even videos of some of the more complex stitches. This is however, by no means an advanced level pattern - I would say a beginner can easily manage this pattern.

Your yarn requirements are odd balls of whatever you have in your stash. This blanket measures about 1.2m x 1.2m.
