This pattern has the option of working flat and using buttons to join or working in the round to avoid the use of buttons for smaller children.

I have also included instructions on how to increase the size for normal car seat belts

Please do not use on child carseats or capsules as they may alter the fit. They are suitable for prams, strollers or highchair straps.
