Seaweed Stole
A reversible beaded stole floating in the ocean waves covered in sparkling bubbles. Double yarn overs symbolize the water bubbles and sparkle with beads.
All beads are placed with a crochet hook as you knit, there is no stringing of beads onto the yarn before you start. Seaweed texture is garter st.
Pattern includes written row by row instructions & lace charts.
Finished measurement of stole (after blocking & excluding 30.5 cm/12” fringe):
57 cm X 188 cm/22.5” X 74”
Yarn: any laceweight which approximately = 285 gm/10 oz - 2040 m/2231 yds
Needles & Notions: Two size 3.5 mm (US 4) double pointed needles, one size 4 mm (US 6) 80 cm/31.5” circular needle or size to obtain gauge, one size .75 mm crochet hook, 3,576 or 90 gm/3.3 oz Miyuki #2443 size 8/0 beads, 24 Miyuki #DP-250 size 3.4 mm teardrop beads
