The Secret Garden was (and is) a favourite book and has inspired this vest. Solid and speckled yarns alternate in stripes like the rows of flowers in a garden. The humble but lovely daisy, my favourite flower, hides within the speckled stripes, waiting for the knitter to discover them as they work. This vest is fun to knit and fun to wear - layer over a contrast camisole to make your flowers pop!
