Welcome to See Better From a Distance, a shawl pattern dedicated to everyone’s (my) favorite Avenger, Hawkeye. (Formerly an MKAL)

This is an asymmetrical rectangular-ish shawl with archery-themed lace panels (yes, really!) and some strategic stripes.

Designed to be wearable while subtly showing off your Hawkeye love. Or your love of lace shawls. Whichever applies most.

Patten includes both written and charted instructions and is suitable for an adventurous beginner who is comfortable knitting lace (or wants to learn). Some of the lace is easy to memorize and a few of the charts will take a little more attention.
