This pattern is a simple six row repeat, and should be no challenge for experienced cable knitters, and should be a good challenge for those who are beginning to tackle it.

Finished Measurements
Width: 8 inches
Length: 72 inches
To make your scarf wider or narrower you can use larger or smaller yarn or needles, or add or subtract multiples of 2 stitches from the side seed stitching. To make your scarf longer or shorter, simply knit until you are happy with the length.

Materials
-Approximately 3 balls of yarn Red Heart Boutique Treasure Yarn, I used the color Tapestry (Please note, the yarn I bought was from a bargain bin at Joann’s and came without a label. After searching online, this is my best guess for the yarn I used.)

-You will also need two needles, either straight, or double pointed. Or, you can use a long circular needle. I used size US 6 for my scarf.

Gauge
6 stitches/6 rows = 1 inch seed stitch, approximately. Gauge is by no means crucial.
