Simple Seed Stitch is the perfect background for the interesting Cable and Bobble panel featured up the front of this pullover. The panel is framed on each side by a simple three-stitch wrapped eyelet.

Of course you can use a cable needle to maneuver the stitches, but the pattern includes alternate directions for making cables without a cable needle! Try it - you’ll like it!!

The band of the matching hat is worked flat then joined. Stitches are picked up along one long edge then finished with a seed stitch pinwheel.
