Seed stitch, also known as moss stitch, is a basic texture stitch. It is made up of alternating knit and purl stitches. The fabric is firm, non curling, and reversible. It is ideal for collars or small knit that cannot bear any large pattern. Makes a beautiful baby coat. This is a “must know” stitch!
