Materials
40 yds super bulky yarn.
One set of US 13 (9mm) straight needles, or size needed to obtain gauge.
Cable needle
Extra large darning needle

Gauge
10 sts x 17 rows = 4” x 4” in seed stitch

Size
Toddler, (Child, Teen, Adult) with a finished circumference of 15, (16, 17.5, 19) inches. It is meant to be worn with 1.5 - 2 inches of negative ease.
