Made these for my son. He is 3 so the pattern written originally for 3-4T. I provide a formula to figure out other sizes, and my example of the formula is womens size 8-9. It is a great pattern that looks complex but really is a beginner pattern for making socks.
I used 36 peg 3/8” gauge for the sock, and example written for 54 peg 3/8” gauge. I used DK weight yarn but you might want to get a second skein if you making an adult sizing.
