‘Hope is the thing with feathers - that perches in the soul - and sings a tune without the words - and never stops - at all.’ -Emily Dickinson
The Seeds of Hope Cowl uses the Blackberry and Seed stitches to create a big, cozy cowl that is the perfect accessory to go with jeans and a tee or business attire. The Blackberry Stitch, a staple of Aran knitwear, is the only aran stitch that is worked on the wrong side of the piece. Rows of Seed Stitch make this pattern a quick knit, while the Blackberry sections require a bit of attention as you turn the cowl to work the wrong side while knitting in the round.
