Whether you plan on cruising down the Seine or strolling your local flea market, you’ll stay cool and smart looking in this top.

Work it in the round from the bottom up, there’s a bit of waist shaping for a flattering fit. After dividing for the armholes, the front and back are worked separately with no armhole shaping. The shoulders are shaped using German short-rows before working the lace panel across the shoulders. The boatneck means no shaping to worry about in the lace pattern. And the only seams are at the shoulders.

The sleeves are picked up around the armholes, then a few inches/centimeters of the lace pattern are worked for a simple sleeve.
