This hat has the Selbu Rose/Star as the top of the hat. It is formed by double decreases which shape the crown. While only written in one size, you could make it smaller by knitting at a tighter gauge (more stitches per inch/cm) or larger by knitting at a looser gauge (fewer stitches per inch/cm).
