Selbu Toddler er en selbuvott til barn i barnehagealder. Modellen er litt videre enn Floral Toddler. I tillegg til den tradisjonelle selburosen som også kan sees på babyvotten SelbuBaby, har denne votten en snurr under, inspirert av rosemalingstradisjoner.

Størrelse tilpasser du ved å endre strikkefasthet. Gå for ca. 28/10 for barn 2-3 år, og 25/10 for barn 4-5 år. Er du usikker på strikkefastheten din, strikk en testvott - det er kjappere og mer pålitelig enn en flerfarget prøvelapp.

Selbu Toddler is a Selbu mitten for younger children, approx. age 2-5. The pattern features the traditional Selbu star also seen on SelbuBaby, but with an added swirl at the bottom, inspired by traditional “rosemaling”, a floral decorative painting style traditionally used on woodwork in Norway.

Sizes: Go for a gauge of 28/10 for children aged 2-3, and gauge 25/10 for children aged 4-5. The best is of course to know the circumference of the hand of the recipient! If you are unsure of your gauge, knit a test mitten - this is quicker and more reliable than a stranded swatch.
