This pattern can be adjusted to fit both men and woman. You need two skeins of yarn , 50 g each. I prefer Rauma Finull Pt2, but you can use any yarn with gauge 28-34 sts/ 4 inches. You can change the size of the mittens by using different yarn or needles.
