Selenography Socks
by Kari-Elyssa
Selenography is the scientific study of the moon, and the related geographical mapping of the moon’s surface. These socks are inspired by the surface of the moon: rounded cables and textured stitches representing craters, ridges, and rocky lunar plains.
Additional materials:
- Tapestry needle
- Sock blockers (optional)
- Cable needle
- Stitch markers (optional)
Note that because of the cable stitches along the front, the socks have a snug fit, particularly at the ankles.
