I have a new Grandson, and thought it would be nice if he were to grow up without a fear of creepy crawlies! So I knitted him a spider, Wilbur Webb, (who he loves!) I then decided to knit a bee, and on the advice of a friend have actually written down the pattern to see if it might sell :-) I decided that if I’m trying to sell it I should perhaps make boy/girl options. I have now written the pattern’s for the spiders including Selina the girl! I also plan some snails!

Wilbur & Selina are great for young babies, their long legs are easy for pudgy little hands to grab! They make a refreshing change from bunnies!!

They are also a great stashbuster as they use less than 25g of each colour, and you can use any colours you like. If you like you can add a rattle insert or squeak.
