Sequence Fade
Sequence Fade is an exploration of sequence knitting principles combined with reversible lace and stitch patterns. Knit it in a 12-color palette to create a beautiful fade effect in this mirror reversible, bias textured wrap.
This pattern now includes an addendum with directions to knit it using a 25 toe Festive Yarn set.
Yarn
Miss Babs Yummy 2-Ply Toes
100% Superwash Merino Wool; 133 yd/1.3 oz (121 m/38 g) skeins
One 12 toe mini skein set shown in Serene
Or approximately 133 yards/121 meters of fingering weight yarn in each of twelve colors.

Length: 82”/205 cm
Width: 20”/50 cm
Needles
- US 4 (3.50 mm) circular needle, 24”/60cm long, or size to obtain gauge
- US 2 (2.75 mm) circular needle, 24”/60cm long, or two sizes smaller than needle used to obtain gauge
Gauge
Blocked: 21 stitches and 42 rows = 4”/10 cm square in garter stitch.
Gauge is not critical for this project but will affect yardage and finished size if different from above.

Errata 10/4/2022 - Two Color Sequence Chart on page 12. Rows 3, 4, 5, and 9 will be corrected. Please use the written instructions for these rows until I can push an update.
