Sequence Hat
Inspired by Cecelia Campochiaro’s book Sequence Knitting, I was fascinated to learn what a beautiful difference just 1 stitch can make.
The design begins with knitting an uncommon ribbing sequence and is offset by just 1 stitch to create the swirling texture showcased in the body of the hat.
Here’s the best part: No fancy stitches are needed … just your trusty knits & purls, and some simple shaping for the crown of the hat.
