Sera Vest
The vest is knitted from the top down, beginning with the back and shaping the shoulders with short rows. Once the shaping is complete, the back is worked to the underarms and place the stitches on hold. Next, stitches for the fronts are picked up along the cast on edge and worked the left and right fronts separately to shape the V-neck. Then the front pieces are joined and worked to the underarms. From the underarms onwards, the front and back pieces are joined together and worked in the round. The hem is worked separately to create splits. Finally, stitches for the armhole openings and neckband are piecked up, and worked in the round.
