Serendipity
I’ve been thinking a lot about gratitude recently and as part of that I’m starting a new Gratitude Program. I’m offering a free pattern of your choice for every $25 spent on my Ravelry patterns. Past purchases on Ravelry definitely apply! I wrote a blog post explaining the program here . Happy knitting!

Serendipity is slightly flared at both ends with meandering cables along the length of the scarf sometimes moving towards each other and sometimes apart in the same way that lives can brush along each other waiting for destiny to bring them together. Each end features a unity symbol cable inspired by one of my favorite metal work Celtic knot pendants.
The unity cable symbolizes two individuals who find each other. The combination of the unity symbol and meandering cables remind me of one of my favorite movies with fate and destiny and near misses and confusion and love. As an interesting side note, the word serendipity has been voted one of the ten English words hardest to translate. Sample knit in Knit Picks Galileo color Argent (P963).
