Serene Hood
Discontinued.
This digital pattern is no longer available online.
A warm hood with wide cowl base and a swan on the back.
The cowl is knit in the round with fair-isle motifs and then the hood is worked flat with an intarsia motif.
Kitchener is suggested for finishing the hood but not essential.
10 bobbins should be ample to complete the intarsia motif.
Guage is not absolutely crucial, the item is designed to fit snug but not tight and has room for a more sts/inch guage. I would not advise knitting with less sts/inch as this could result in a tight fit.
