Serenity and Balance
by Dawn Ortega
Serenity and Balance is what I am calling a hybrid. I want to show both knitters and crocheters that both crafts are beautiful. I designed this to be knit side to side and then added a pineapple trim when knitting is completed.
Brazen Stitchery is an Indy Dyer that I like to work with. https://www.facebook.com/BrazenStitchery/
The yarn used is a Mezo sock. It has bamboo in it. I really enjoyed working with their yarns for this pattern. You use one full skein of sock yarn for the knit portion and half a skein of yarn for the crochet section. You will also need 150 size 6 beads for the last row of the crochet section.
