This is a 7 page pdf file with instructions to make this pretty Super Bulky (6) weight neck scarf with button closure. This is a one skein project so it’ a great project to use up some of your stash yarn. It is also quick to work up and always looks beautiful.

The Brown and White Headband that matches the brown scarf is here:

There are two special stitches in this pattern. One is the Rib stitch (long stitches) and the Star stitch. There are photos to take you step by step through both these stitches.

The Star Stitch or Marguerite Stitch (small stars) is the hardest stitch in this pattern. Many of my customers who have not used the Star Stitch before have found this video helpful: Crochet Geek - Crochet Star Stitch

It is a little different version (there are many versions) - but still the basic stitch I’m using. If you think you can do this stitch then you should have no problem with this pattern.

All patterns are written using US crochet standard terms.
