Serotinal (this term comes from the Latin adverb “Sero” which means late and describes the period between mid summer and autumn) is a stunning summer cardigan with lace and cable detail panels to both front and back, ideal for that late summer cover up. Worked on straight needles, sleeves are worked from the sleeve caps down using short rows and a 1 row buttonhole technique makes this an extra ‘special knit’.
