It is a truth, universally acknowledged, that kids ruin everything. Love sleeping in on weekends? Too bad. Enjoy disposable income? That’s a hard ‘no’. Desperately to pee in private? Welcome to parenthood. Not all is lost, however. Disney, et al. have stepped up their movie game. No longer must we slog through endless hours of whiny, bald children, purple dinosaurs, and “Swiper! No Swiping!” Now we’ve got novel characters, witty dialogue, and catchy lyrics (I’m lookin’ at you, Bruno). This cowl, whose title comes from the police chase scene in Disney’s Cars, is a thank-you to all the kids’ programmers who remember us parents, the captive audience of their target audience.
