This sweet little set is a perfect outfit for photo props for those that love Sesame street. This Bert hat, shorts and sneakers is super easy, quick and takes very little yarn.
You will need to know basic crochet stitches for this project. But it is tons of fun and super cute on any newborn baby.

Materials: For the yarns, I used Loops N Threads “Impeccable”, but
any kind of worsted weight yarn is fine. You will only need a small
amount for each color.
2.5mm crochet hook
3.00mm crochet hook

4 1/4 inch buttons
Small amount of thin baby weight yarn for laces or cotton.
Small amount of black for eyes, brow and hair – worsted weight 4
White worsted weight
Yellow/Gold worsted weight
Olive green worsted weight
Orange worsted weight
Royal blue worsted weight
Wedgewood blue worsted weight ( sneakers) you can use whatever
shade you would like)
Red worsted weight – only for sneaker soles
