Seton Portage Blanket (3 sizes, super bulky)

Named after a beautiful mountain village located in BC, Canada. The warm, textured, winter scene blanket will keep you toasty on those cold winter nights!

The blanket is worked flat. It begins with a tree section, a snowy sky section, and ends with a mirrored tree section or a wavy edge section without trees (bonus chart added Dec.2024). Slipped stitches are used to create a neat edge along both sides.

Both charts and written instructions are included. I have also added links to video tutorials for the cast-on, special stitches and slipped edge sts.

Three sizes are included: S (M, L). To increase or decrease the width of your blanket, you can add or subtract pattern repeats, shown in bold letters and numbers to make them easier to locate within the written instructions. To lengthen or shorten the blanket, you can add or subtract pattern repeats in the center of the blanket.

Happy knitting!

Charts, written instructions and video tutorials for cast-on and special stitches are included.
