Our latest creation is Professor Severus Snape! He would be very happy (well, as happy as Snape can be) with his friends, Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley and Albus Dumbledore - free patterns for them also available on my website.

Finished Size:
Approximately 28 cm (11 inches) tall using 3 mm hook, approximately 20 cm (8 inches) tall using 2.75 mm hook.
Materials
• Yarn 8 ply/DK or appropriate in flesh, black, and white. (see note below)
• Crochet hook (3 mm or 2.75) or appropriate
• Safety eyes (I used 12 mm eyes when using 3 mm hook, and 8 mm eyes when using 2.75 mm hook) (eyes can be embroidered instead)
• Five small buttons/beads for buttons on coat.
• Stuffing
You can use any yarn and crochet hook combination that gives you good tension. Normally this would be a hook at least two sizes smaller than that recommended on the yarn label.
