Let’s keep it simple! I wanted to create a super easy and very fast gift knitting pattern for all of you, who need to get something done last minute.
It had to be one of those no-brainers regarding size, kinda small and not expensive… so I believe there is nothing better than a cowl.
Still, it had to look cool and a bit impressive, chic if you like, and not too crafty! Something for non-knitters.
I definitely want you to look like the best friend or family member on this planet.
So go, dress or knit to impress!

Construction
This simple unisex cowl is made bottom-up and knit in the round.
It’s as easy as it can get with only knits & purls that create the awesome three-dimensional mistake rib stitch.

Sizes
one size

Finished Measurements
60 x 18 cm | 23.5 x 7 in

Yarn
You need exactly one ball of Crazy Sexy Wool from Wool and the Gang for one cowl.

Needles
I knit this pattern twice:
One with 10 mm (US 15) needles and another with 12 mm (US 17) needles.
I wanted to know if it would make a difference.
Truth be told: not much. The one made with smaller needles looks a bit neater and the other one looks a bit more chunky.
Here is my advice – choose the needle size that feels best for you.

Enjoy & Relax!
