With this crochet pattern from my series “Shabby Stars”, which has always a trendy star as main subject, you can get fancy
crochet granny squares and even have the choice between a square and a hexagon.

This pattern demands a bit of patience while crocheting at the beginning, but once you have done the middle with the star, it will be a fun and easy project. Basic crochet knowledge (slip stitch, single, half double, double + treble crochet) are assumed to be known.
