Stitches & Abbreviations:
K - Knit
P - Purl
K1tbl - Knit 1 stitch through the back loop (Video link included)

SBS (Shaded Bobble Stitch) - Drop next stitch off needle and unravel 4 rows down, insert needle into the 5th row below and under the 4 unraveled strands, insert the left hand needle from back of these strands into the 5th loop and knit this stitch with the 4 strands together (Video link included)
