I love knitting lace, and working with lace yarn, but I’m really terrible at not having leftover yarn. Most lace looks terrible in stripes, but this cowl makes use of all those leftovers in a cushy, cozy fabric. Make a snug cowl to tug under a coat collar, or a big squishy infinity scarf to cuddle up with in an overly cold office.
Too impatient for laceweight? You can make a heavier version of the loose cowl with two skeins of sock yarn and about a US8 needle.
