The Shadesmar Sock is inspired by the cognitive realm of the Cosmere in many of Brandon Sanderson’s series. Here landscapes are inverted from the physical realm and cities are built of ideas.

The sock is knit from the cuff down, the heel is added using a heel flap and gusset, and the toe is grafted together using Kitchener stitch.
