Shadow Box Jacket
Shadow is a very distinctive, two colour box jacket with the body knitted in one piece including the honeycomb cable edges. The sleeves are made from the bottom up on circular needles and the collar is knitted on to the neck at the end. Two different weights of yarn are used, with Chunky for the body and a DK/Aran weight for the sleeves and borders.

Medium Black (77m/50g) 5 6, 7, 7, 8 balls - Blk
Medium White (77m/50g) 2 3, 3, 3, 3 balls- Wh
Chunky Ivory (77m/100g) 2 3, 3, 3, 4 balls- WhC
Fine Black (116m/ 50g) 2 2, 2, 3, 3 balls - BlkC

Knitted in Purl Alpaca Worsted Spun Yarn (270m/100g):
Col A: 3 (3.5, 4, 4.5, 5) skeins
Col B: 3 (3.5, 4, 4.5, 5) skeins
If using Worsted Spun Yarn, use 2 strands held together for Medium and 3 strands for Chunky
Sample shown is UK size small
Skill level: intermediate/advanced
Sizes:
X-Small: UK sizes 4-6, to fit approx 73cm/29″ bust (weight 700g)
Small: UK sizes 8-10, to fit approx 83cm/33″ bust (weight 750g)
Medium: UK sizes 12-14, to fit approx 93cm/37″ bust (weight 800g)
Large: UK sizes 16-18, to fit approx 102cm/40″ bust (weight 850g)
X-Large: UK sizes 20-22, to fit approx 112cm/44″ bust (weight 900g)
Knitted on 5mm and 6 mm needles (due to weight and amount of sts, circular needles are recommended)
Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain correct tension.
Please note, if using a different yarn, correct tension must be obtained to make sure this garment fits properly
