Needle Size: US size 1.5 / 2.5 mm or size to achieve gauge; two 16” (40 cm) circular needles for foot, and four dpns or your preferred method of small-circumference knitting for leg

Please note: This heel uses turn and wrap construction which is different from most traditional short-row heels. When working the short rows, your work is turned before the last worked stitch is wrapped.

Notions: Tapestry needle, 1 stitch markers

Gauge: 36 sts = 4” / 10 cm in Shadowplay Lace Stitch

Skill Level: Intermediate / Advanced

Construction: Knit toe-up and in the rnd, using Judy’s Magic Cast-on method. Short row heel; lace is both written and charted.
