You will need 3-6 oz medium-weight wool yarn and 2 oz of variously colored wool scraps, each at least 4” long.
The sample mittens photographed in the book are made with Bartlettyarns Fisherman 2-Ply and scraps of Persian crewel wool embroidery yarn from the author’s stash.
