Shakespeare Garden
This crescent-shaped shawl begins by casting on only 5 stitches. Increases are placed in each side on every row to give it its characteristic crescent shape with curled ends. The design includes some fun dropped stitches and a classical wavy border. Two sizes are offered, but the border can be easily expanded for a larger shawl. The sample is shown in the smaller size.
The name was inspired by the wonderful Shakespeare Garden at Golden Gate Park in San Francisco, Ca.
