Shane the Sheep is a medium sized plush sheep that is made using a combination of normal single crochet stitches and loop stitch single crochet stitches. Loop stitch will help you to create a rich, soft and fluffy texture for the ‘wool’ of your sheep. While it looks complex, the stitch is fairly easy to master and then use. You can make your sheep in any colour you prefer and with any yarn you like as long as you match a suitable hook size to the yarn. I used chunky velvet yarn with a 3,5mm hook to create the model of Shane. This cutie is perfect for snuggling at bedtime.
