Shanghai Socks
A simple sock pattern that will keep you entertained but simple enough that you can go sightseeing and knitting at the same time.
Shanghai is divided in two parts. The Puxi area and the Pudong area. In Pudong, there are many skyscrapers and so my socks can be seen as the pudong area and the puxi area. The pudong area would be the seed stitch because of the bumpiness and the puxi area would be the stockinette stitch :)
