As every winter approaches I long for a cozy, chunky cabled cardigan. This year I started knitting early enough to ensure I’d have it for the winter! This cardigan is knit from the top down and features chunky textured cables on the front and back, with a shawl collar. Shoulders are shaped using raglan increases and there are optional pockets for good measure!

US size 8 / 5 mm circular needles, 40”/ 100 cm long (or longer for larger sizes)
US size 8 / 5 mm double-pointed needles
Always use a needle size that gives you the gauge listed, as every knitter’s gauge is unique.
Tapestry needle, stitch markers, waste yarn, 6 toggles 1.25” / 3 cm long.
