Shawl for Faye
A partner to my ‘Great Granny’ blanket pattern, this shawl is half a big Granny Square, making a triangle. It’s worked with shades of red, pink and brown but you could substitute your own colours. It’s a great pattern for using up your stash and is very simple to crochet.
The finished shawl is 166 cm wide and 81 cm deep and uses about 450g of DK weight yarn but you could make it any size you like.
Instructions are included for a simple border and edging which goes round all three sides of the shawl.
All my ravelry patterns are free to download but, if you enjoy them, please consider making a donation to the Children’s Liver Disease Foundation, a charity which funds research and supports the families of children with a liver disease. You can do this easily by going to my fundraising page www.justgiving.com/frankiesknittedstuff
