This shawl is really very easy to knit (c2c)The size of the shawl can be adjusted as you knit, you can make your shawl as wide as you like and as long as you need.
The best choice of yarn will be of fingering or light fingering weight, natural fibres (merino, alpaca, cashmere…) so your garment will keep shape after blocking.
The amount of yarn you need may vary, but in general it’s about 150gr or approx.600m if you choose dundaga 400m in 100gr. You can also make a shawlette, using approximately 80gr of yarn and have a small cosy neck warmer
