Who doesn’t love sheep? Especially knitters, we are practically best friends. Pick some fun colours and knit your own happy sheep all in a row.

Another simple to knit but amazingly complex looking design. No one needs to know this other than you though, especially if you knit this as a gift.

The stitches are simple because they use the mosaic stitch method of colourwork. You will be working with only one colour at a time in each round. Easy peasy even if you are new to this type of knitting. This pattern is written out in full row-by-row and does not use charts.

You can easily substitute with any fingering that will give a suitable gauge.

Measurements: After gentle blocking: approx. 76 cm/30” bottom edge, 53 cm/21” neck opening,
19 cm/7 1/2” height.
Gauge: After gentle blocking: 28 stitches by 40 rows = 10 cm/4” square in stocking stitch on size
3.25 mm/US 3 needles. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain gauge.
