Sheep Hat
I worked the Sheep design decades ago for a sweater.
I lost the pattern and the motif, took me almost a month to get something close to what I did back then.
I love the asymmetry. Looks like the sheep is standing outside in the field.
MAIN COLOR: 1 skein Fleece Artist’s Hand Dyed Zephyr - Sport - each skein approx. 410 yards (375m)/ 4.4 oz (125g) 100% Fine Superwash Merino, or any Sport weight yarn as long as you get gauge.
You have enough for 2 hats with 1 skein of the Main Color.
CONTRASTING COLORS: Minimum part of 2 skeins Fleece Artist’s Zephyr - Sport in 2 different colors.
CC1 - Natural (PINK) (approx. 100-120 yards (108-130m))
CC2 - Wine (approx. 50-60 yards (54-65m))
CC3 - Amber (approx. 20-30 yards (22-33m)) - You could use the same color as the sheep or Main Color.
You could also use any Sport weight yarns, as long as you get close to gauge.
Happy Knitting!

PS: Don’t forget patterns are just suggestions. You are the ultimate boss and may want to rework elements of the design. Plus you could easily adjust the size by adjusting your needle size.
