These boot cuffs are made flat and then single crocheted together to add the shell border. I used a little under one skein of Vanna’s Choice is Silver Heather with an I hook. The finished boot cuffs are 5” tall and 14.5” around.
To get the stitches to line up more seamlessly, do an odd number of rows. I had 37. You may have to fudge the edging a little bit depending on how many rows you do.
